Mesothelioma Cookbook , “Dining with Donnie,” Benefits Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation

Often, my writings urge the mesothelioma community to fundraise, reach out, and do whatever you can to advocate for this group. In this light, my family and I are pleased to announce our latest fundraising effort for the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation. Over the past few months, we have been compiling recipes, stories, and pictures for our cookbook, Dining with Donnie.

My Dad loved to eat and share stories, so we thought it was only fitting to honor him with such a tribute. I know that he would love looking through the book, and can see him smiling while looking at the names of the family and friends who contributed.

There are, if I am correct, 449 recipes in total… that’s a lot of cooking and baking! They are $15 each with all proceeds benefiting The Meso Foundation.
