Background

Saint Alphonsus was established in 1894 by the Sisters of the Holy Cross and is Boise’s oldest hospital. Saint Alphonsus is a 381-bed hospital that offers diverse services to patients in Eastern Oregon, Northern Nevada, and Southern Idaho. Due to its large geographical service region, Saint Alphonsus uses Virtual Monitoring and Care telemedicine to reach rural and homebound patients.
